A shower designed around the space you have

In a small bathroom, a standard shower enclosure may not fit, and there may be little room for a hinged door to open. Choosing a layout that suits the available space matters just as much as choosing the finish.

Clarity Glass creates custom frameless glass showers for compact bathrooms, measured on site and made to your bathroom dimensions. Depending on the layout, a sliding door or carefully positioned fixed screen may offer a more practical solution.

With 15 years’ experience in custom glazing, Clarity Glass can suggest options for small and awkward spaces. A free measure and quote helps you plan the work, while optional Clearshield protection makes ongoing glass maintenance easier.

Choose a door layout that works in a tight space

A small bathroom needs a shower layout that takes door clearance into account. Clarity Glass can suggest a sliding glass shower door where a hinged door would be impractical. Fixed or open screens can also be considered, but only where the room allows.

Start by sending the size of the space and your preferred hardware colour. The shower is measured on site, glass is ordered to size, and the channel and glass are installed. Where a door is not needed, a simpler screen arrangement can reduce moving parts, cleaning and cost.

Balance an open look, privacy and easier cleaning

Frameless glass gives a bathroom a sleek, open look without adding floor space. Clear and ultra-clear glass are available, alongside textured reeded or fluted glass. If privacy matters, Etch Light glass provides privacy while still allowing light through.

Smooth glass and the absence of plastic base trims make cleaning simpler. Optional Clearshield coating helps water run off and reduces soap scum build-up, making the shower easier to maintain. Hardware finishes can be selected to suit the bathroom, from chrome and brushed nickel to black and gunmetal.
